How is your summer going so far? How has your activity level been? Regular exercise has been shown to enhance the quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s disease and create community and connections with others.
APDA NW regularly refers members of our Parkinson’s community to wellness and fitness opportunities. Our website lists many in-person exercise options in our 5-state region. PLUS we offer a slate of Free online classes including a brand-new ChairFit class that starts this week!
