Hello, I think I have contacted you previously but havent been able to participate in any of the online classes. I have Parkinson’s and also a stationary. bike. I would love to try any of your online classes and get some direction as how to best make use of my bike. I live abroad so I would need to know the hours of your live classes. Recorded classes would also be great. Looking forward to hearing from you with details. Thanks. Carol

      Hi Carol,
The posts on our website are actually from other Parkinson’s organizations. Those particular ones may be outdated but if you do an Internet search on Pedaling for Parkinson’s you should find some up to date classes. We do not offer that particular class. Good luck and keep pedaling.

PD-5 programme from binehealthcenter. com has done wonders for me. I even learned a few simple exercises I do daily to keep my back from hurting. It didn’t take very long before I started to get relief.
