Tai Chi and Strength & Balance starting back up in October – On Zoom

Tai Chi will be starting back up on Tuesday, October 4th from 10 to 10:45am (note time change from last class). Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for people with Parkinson’s and our wonderful instructor, Deb Davis, makes it fun while still getting a good workout.

Strength & Balance, formerly called BIG for Life, w30ill be starting back up on Friday, October 7th (note day change from last class) from 10 to 11:00am. This class is the same as before, only the name has changed. Our energetic instructor, Mary Anne Gill takes us through an hour of strength, balance, conditioning, coordination, and much more. This class focuses on exercises specifically created for people Parkinson’s.

No prior experience is required for either class and both classes can be done sitting or standing. Both classes are being held on Zoom for now, although that could change down the road.
