Flathead Valley Parkinson's Support Group

The program for March will be a mini version of the Davis Phinney Virtual Summit held in February. We have an excellent video entitled "The Parkinson's You Don't See: When Your Autonomic System Goes off  Track" which describes problems with Neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (dizziness, light headed when standing), blood pressure issues, body temperature, and more. Included are many suggested ways to manage these issues. We will also watch a short video on a new exercise for Parkinson's entitled Power for Parkinson's which has some excellent movements for cardio, strength and cognition. This meeting is open to anyone interested in Parkinson’s, including people with Parkinson’s, family, and friends.
